At TreadON, we are committed to delivering high-quality services to our clients. To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all services directly managed by us. However, the following terms and conditions apply:

1. Applicability

  • This 7-day money-back guarantee applies only to services directly managed by TreadON.

  • Ad credits or any third-party charges (e.g., fees for Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or other platforms) are excluded from this guarantee.

  • Any services involving third-party integrations, platforms, or tools that TreadON does not fully control are not eligible for refunds.

2. Exclusions

  • Ad Credits purchased or provided for advertising campaigns are non-refundable.

  • Third-Party Platform Fees, such as hosting, domain registration, or ad campaign charges, are not covered by this money-back guarantee.

  • TreadON is not liable for any costs, delays, or issues related to third-party tools or platforms.

3. Request for Refund

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 calendar days from the start of the service.

  • Refunds will only be considered if the client provides clear documentation demonstrating dissatisfaction with the services directly managed by TreadON.

  • All refund requests must be sent via email to support@treadonmedia.com, including detailed reasons and supporting evidence.

4. Limitations on Refund

Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

  • Refunds are limited to the amount paid for services managed by TreadON, excluding any third-party charges or ad credits.

  • No refund will be provided if:

    • The client fails to provide necessary information or materials in a timely manner.

    • The client requests changes outside the original scope of work after the 7-day period.

    • Delays or disruptions occur due to the client’s actions or lack of cooperation.

5. Third-Party Services

  • TreadON is not responsible for any damages, losses, or liabilities caused by third-party services or platforms.

  • The client acknowledges that TreadON has no liability for performance issues, delays, or costs arising from third-party platforms (including but not limited to Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).

6. Limitation of Liability

TreadON’s liability is limited to the refund of amounts paid for directly managed services, subject to the following conditions:

  • Consequential, incidental, indirect, or special damages are excluded from liability.

  • TreadON is not liable for any loss of revenue, profit, or data resulting from the use of services, even if TreadON was aware of the possibility of such damages.

7. Dispute Resolution

  • In case of disputes, TreadON will make every effort to resolve the issue through good-faith negotiations with the client.

  • If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in [Insert Jurisdiction, e.g., Gurugram, India].

8. Modification of Policy

  • TreadON reserves the right to modify or terminate this money-back guarantee policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately and apply to all future transactions.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging TreadON’s services, the client acknowledges and agrees to this money-back guarantee policy. The client confirms they have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
